Skilled Nursing (RN, LPN)

Our Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide skilled nursing services under the supervision and guidance of your physician. If you need medical care but find it difficult to travel to your doctor's office, we can assist you with in-home services such as:

• Complete physical and mental health evaluation in your home
• Health maintenance and disease prevention
• Medication setup and administration to ensure medications are taken properly
• Injections or infusions of medications when it is not possible for you to get to the hospital or doctors office
• Specimen/Sample collection, including urine, blood, stool, and sputum delivered directly to the laboratory
• Venipuncture to draw blood when ordered by a physician
• Disease control such has congestive heart failure or diabetes
• Post surgical care
• Wound care
